The Quality Management Group (QMG) is responsible for the planning, organization and direction of a quality management system within all divisions of The Indus Clinical Laboratories in accordance with appropriate accreditation and regulatory bodies. |
The aims are:
- To meet the needs of relevant evolving regulatory standards.
- To ensure sufficient resources and management time is devoted to quality.
- To maintain internal quality assessment management procedures.
- To formalize External Quality Assessment management procedures.
